1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, scheduling, or using any pest control service provided by American Bite Pest Control (“the Company”), you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Bite Pest Control provides professional pest control and pest management services in Abu Dhabi, UAE, including but not limited to:

Cockroach, bed bug, and termite control
Rodent and rat management
Mosquito and fly control
General pest control for residential and commercial properties
Disinfection and sanitization services

All services are carried out by trained, licensed technicians in compliance with UAE regulations and ADAFSA guidelines.

3. Booking and Appointments

Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website contact form.
A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written or verbal confirmation from our team.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to operational requirements. In such cases, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
Clients must ensure access to the property on the agreed appointment date and time.
If a client is unavailable at the time of appointment without prior notice, a rebooking fee may apply.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective treatment, clients must:

Provide accurate information about the pest problem, property type, and affected areas
Clear access to infested areas (kitchens, bathrooms, storage areas, etc.) before the technician arrives
Remove or store food, utensils, and children’s items as instructed before treatment
Vacate the premises for the recommended duration after chemical treatments
Keep pets away from treated areas until it is declared safe by the technician
Follow all post-treatment instructions provided by our staff

Failure to follow these instructions may affect treatment effectiveness and void any service guarantee.

5. Pricing and Payment

Service prices will be communicated clearly before work commences.
Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, bank transfer, and other payment methods as communicated at time of booking.
For recurring contracts, payment terms will be outlined in a separate service agreement.
Bite Pest Control reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by giving at least 24 hours’ advance notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
No-shows (client absent with no notice) will be treated as a cancellation and may be charged accordingly.
Bite Pest Control reserves the right to cancel appointments in cases of extreme weather, staff emergencies, or force majeure events.

7. Service Guarantee

Bite Pest Control is committed to delivering effective pest control solutions. However, guarantees are subject to the following conditions:

The client must follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided
The property must remain accessible for any follow-up visits required
Guarantee covers re-treatment for the same pest issue within the agreed guarantee period (as specified at time of booking)
Guarantee is void if: the infestation is re-introduced due to client negligence, structural issues are not addressed, or follow-up instructions are not followed

Severe or unusually large infestations may require multiple treatments; this will be discussed with the client before commencement.

8. Liability

Bite Pest Control shall not be held liable for:

Damage to property caused by pre-existing infestations or structural weaknesses
Allergic reactions or health issues arising from failure to follow post-treatment instructions
Losses arising from appointment delays due to traffic, emergencies, or force majeure
Incomplete treatment resulting from client failure to prepare the premises as instructed

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Health and Safety

All chemical treatments used comply with UAE health and safety regulations and are approved for use by ADAFSA.
Clients with medical conditions, allergies, pregnant women, or infants should inform us in advance so we can recommend appropriate treatment methods.
Clients must vacate the property for the duration specified by the technician after chemical treatments.
Our technicians will wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety protocols during service delivery.

10. Confidentiality

All client information shared with us for service purposes will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the service.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bite Pest Control website — including text, images, logos, and service descriptions — is the intellectual property of Bite Pest Control and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

13. Amendments

American Bite Pest Control reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
