Pre Construction Termite Treatment at a New Residential Project in Al Jurf Abu Dhabi

In October 2026 a contractor in Al Jurf, Abu Dhabi called us at the start of a new building. Our engineer inspected the site and planned the treatment, and we treated the soil before concrete work with a 10 year written warranty.

Construction of the building was just starting. The contractor called us for pre construction anti termite treatment, which is required for new buildings in Abu Dhabi before the concrete is poured.

Before any spraying, our engineer visited the site, inspected the work area and the soil, and prepared a treatment plan for this project. The treatment was then prepared to match that plan.

Following the plan, our technician used a power sprayer to apply a Municipality approved termiticide to the prepared soil, including the soil around the plumbing pipes and service entries, before the concrete was cast. The work followed the Abu Dhabi guidelines for pre construction termite treatment.
